Preparation before work
1. Install the machine on the non-vibration workbench surface.
2, adjust the feet to make the equipment firmly installed on the workbench surface.
3. Pour the cutting fluid and water into the cooling tank according to the ratio of 1:20.
4. Select the correct clamping method according to the sample, and clamp the sample.
5. Connect the power plug to the device.
Note: This system is a servo drive system, the input voltage is required to be stable, if the input voltage fluctuation is too large, please equip voltage regulator!

Spindle speed: The user can be arbitrarily set between 500-5000R to adapt to the material cutting, the setting is effective when the stepless speed control operation.
Cutting stroke: range 0-200mm, set the appropriate stroke to complete the cutting stop cutting, continuous cutting of the same sample does not need to be repositioned.
Cutting speed: range 0.01-3mm/s, choose to adapt to the cutting speed of the material, meet the requirements of the material cutting, the setting is invalid during operation.
Backward speed: Range 0-15mm/s, refers to the cutting running to the setting distance back to the cutting starting speed, the larger the setting, the faster the return.
Point speed: range 0-15mm/s, refers to the manual forward and backward speed, the equipment operation is not skilled, should be set small, to avoid cutting pieces hit the workpiece.
Cutting mode selection: direct cutting and impact cutting two modes for users to choose, a wider range of materials to meet the cutting
Direct cutting: is the common and most economical cutting mode, suitable for most material cutting options. ,
Impact cutting: Suitable for a particular material that cannot be found for a suitable cutting piece and a material with a fairly high hardness, and the worn material is easy to clog the cutting piece, or the abrasive of the cutting piece is insufficient, impact cutting may lead to higher cutting piece wear, but will reduce the risk of workpiece overheating.
Cutting distance: range 0.1-2mm, only effective for impact cutting mode, the smaller the set distance, the faster the impact cutting speed, cutting workpiece speed is related to the set cutting speed.
User parameters: When in use, we can save the parameters we set to the user parameters, in the same material cutting, for different samples of different materials we do not have to set parameters each time, more convenient and quick to complete the sample cutting. Storage parameters currently can store 12 items, need to store more users need to add when purchasing. (12 items show the best)Operation instructions and precautions1, this equipment can complete automatic cutting. Before cutting, set the appropriate parameters according to the material to be cut. The start, stop, forward, and backward control buttons on the external panel have the same functions as the start and stop buttons on the touch screen. You can choose either touch screen operation or external button operation.
2, before starting, please be sure to close the door, if not closed, the system prompts the door is open, please close the door. In the cutting process, if the hatch door is opened, the machine stops cutting, if you need to continue cutting, close the door and press the start button, the first is the pump running, you can see the pump running indicator light on, followed by the spindle running, the spindle speed indicator light on, and finally the forward indicator light, cutting operation. For safety reasons, it is recommended not to open the bin door during the machine cutting process.
3. After cutting, the machine will automatically withdraw the knife and return to the original starting point. If the stop button is pressed during the cutting process, the machine will enter the cutting back state and the message "Stop exit" will be displayed. In order to ensure safety, do not open the warehouse door during the tool withdrawal process.
4, if you need to replace the saw blade, for safety reasons, please press the emergency stop button or turn off the main power switch and wait for a moment, release the emergency stop or switch on the main power after the replacement is completed.
5, if the machine in the cutting process of overload or saw blade clamping phenomenon, the system will prompt alarm, the display buzzer alarm and prompt spindle overload or spindle hardware alarm, at this time wait for a moment the system will return to normal and stop the alarm, then open the door to check the cause of overload.
6, the system overload or saw alarm may be caused by the following reasons:
(1) The cutting saw blade is not suitable for this cutting material, and the cutting saw blade should be replaced at this time.
(2) The cutting speed is too fast, and the cutting speed should be reduced at this time.
