The purpose of the cutting machine
This machine is suitable for cutting all kinds of metal, non-metal material samples, in order to observe the material metallographic, lithographic structure. The machine has a circulating cooling device, the use of the configured coolant can take away the heat generated during cutting, to avoid the sample overheating and burn the sample tissue. The machine is easy to use, safe and reliable. It is one of the necessary equipment for making samples in laboratories of factories, scientific research institutions and universities.

Installation equipment
Place the machine on a flat ground, adjust the foot bolts to level the machine and fix it.
Install the water inlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe should be lower than the water outlet of the body to avoid poor drainage. Insert the pump power plug into the pump power plug and tighten the plug nut.
This machine is connected to the power supply, the ground wire is the national standard (yellow and green), and the remaining 3 colored wires are the main power cord. Check whether the power cable, plug connector and other electrical components are in good condition. Switch on the power, press the green power switch to power off the device, and the red button is the power off button. Close the door of the machine, turn on the stop switch, the power switch of the device starts the main screen of the touch screen, press the green start button on the touch screen, start the device, observe the rotation direction of the spindle, adjust the overall power cord, and adjust the turning of the cutting spindle to clockwise rotation.
Note: The electrical apparatus of this machine should use three-phase 380V, and the ground wire must be grounded.
Four. Wheel loading
Open the door of the cutting bin, unscrew the spindle nut at the spindle end with the wrench provided, remove the saw blade clip, and take out the cutting wheel blade.
Install the cutting wheel blade and saw blade clip on the cutting spindle, tighten the spindle nut, and properly tighten it with a wrench.
Rotate the grinding wheel to check whether the grinding wheel is not fastened and whether there is swing on both sides of the grinding wheel. The swing momentum is not greater than 2mm. If it is more than 2mm, check the cause and reinstall it.
Sample mounting
The correct clamping of the sample is an important guarantee for safe cutting. Put the sample into the clamp mouth, adjust the distance of the clamp mouth, tighten the clamp mouth with a wrench, and tighten the sample. Push or rotate the sample by hand to check whether the working clamp is stable, otherwise it should be re-installed.

Operation procedure
The first step: Put the sample to be cut into the cutting pliers and clamp the sample.
Step 2: Adjust the cooling position of the cooling water nozzle and close the warehouse door.
The third step: adjust the cutting style cutting method, cutting distance, and cutting speed.
Step 4: Adjust the position of the cutting saw blade so that it is adjusted to the best position to cut the sample faster.
Step 5: Press the touch screen start button, then start the cutting spindle and cooling water pump, the cutting spindle begins to rotate, the cooling water nozzle begins to spray coolant, start cutting the sample.
