The machine has a circulating cooling device, the use of the configured coolant can take away the heat generated during cutting, to avoid the sample overheating and burn the sample tissue. The machine is easy to use, safe and reliable. It is one of the necessary equipment for making samples in laboratories of factories, scientific research institutions and universities.

Install the machine
The machine should be placed flat on a stable workbench.
Install the water inlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe should be lower than the water inlet of the body to avoid poor drainage.
Check whether the power cord, plug connector and other electrical components are intact, then connect the power supply, start the motor, the motor should be marked according to the direction of the machine.
Note: The electrical apparatus of this machine should use three phases and four wires, and the ground wire must be grounded.
Wheel loading
Open the upper cover of the machine, and unscrew the pagoda cap at the spindle end with the wrench provided, that is, remove the grinding wheel clamp and grinding wheel blade.
Install the grinding wheel piece and the grinding wheel clip on the spindle, tighten it properly with a wrench, and then rotate the spindle twice by hand to check whether there is swing on both sides of the grinding wheel piece, and the swing momentum is not greater than 2mm. If it is more than 2mm, check the cause and reinstall it.
Sample mounting
The correct clamping of the sample is an important guarantee for safe and reliable work. During operation, put the work into the clamp mouth, lock the clamp mouth with a wrench, push or rotate the sample by hand, and check whether the working clamp is stable, otherwise it should be re-installed.
Sample cutting
After completing the preparatory work mentioned in the above method of use, the sample can be cut. When cutting, cover the upper cover of the machine first and open the coolant switch to make it have enough cooling flow. Start the motor, and then hold the swing arm handle, let the grinding wheel slowly contact the sample, cutting, cutting should be uniform force, do not exert too much force.
Attention:
The cutting force should be uniform, do not exert too much force, it is recommended that every cut 1-2mm, slightly lift the grinding wheel.
The coolant must be configured with a better lubricity coolant (random gift), and the use of general tap water as a coolant should be avoided.
For the cutting of rock, ceramic and other samples, diamond grinding wheel pieces must be used to cut.
The power supply must be cut off when clamping the workpiece.
Maintenance and safety technology
The machine adopts three-phase four-wire system, and must be installed with reliable grounding wire.
The water inlet and drainage pipes must be unobstructed but must not leak
Do not use cracked or damaged grinding wheels to cut samples.
Grinding wheels with line speeds below 35 m/s are not allowed to work
After each operation, cleaning and maintenance work should be done in time. Remove and clean the filter screen at the left rear water outlet of the machine table to ensure smooth drainage.
After one year of operation, the spindle and motor bearings should be replaced with high-speed grease on time.
The coolant should be replaced regularly to prevent deterioration and failure.
When the machine is found to have abnormal sound, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Fill the machine with lubricating oil regularly.
