the connection principle
It is a process method to realize bonding on solid weldment by ultrasonic vibration. The longitudinal vibration is produced by the joint action of the ultrasonic source and the transducer, which is amplified by the amplitude lever and transmitted to the welding tool (porcelain nozzle). This vibration causes friction between the two metal surfaces, which can remove oxides and impurities in the welding zone at the beginning of the welding period, so that the two metals are in full contact. Due to friction, the two metals will heat up in the contact zone to accelerate the diffusion movement between atoms. Under the action of pressure and other parameters, the interface will produce plastic deformation and finally form a solder joint in the form of metal bonding.
Generally, metal with good extensibility is better to weld, such as: pure aluminum, gold, silver, etc., while brittle and hard materials are more difficult to weld, such as: steel, nickel, tungsten, etc.
