Structure overview

The machine is composed of body, frame, longitudinal slide table, cross slide table, head frame and inner and outer cover shell and other components, the body and the frame are tightly connected with screws, longitudinal slide table and cross slide table are respectively fixed and installed in the body, the bottom of the body is an inclined plane, which can accelerate the return of coolant, the motor is fixed on the cross slide table, the wheel plate shaft sleeve is fastened on the motor spindle. The grinding wheel blade is clamped on the shaft sleeve by the left nut and two clamping pieces. The sliding of the cross sliding table is realized by the feed screw of the sliding table during cutting. The clamping device is fixed on the longitudinal sliding table, and the adjusting screw of the sliding table is used to adjust the longitudinal distance of the sliding table before cutting.
The inner shell of the protective cover is fastened on the motor body, in order to extend the service life and facilitate cleaning and maintenance, the cover shell is made of stainless steel plate, the outer shell is connected with the body by hinges, and the transparent glass window is installed on the top of the cover shell for observation during cutting, and there are two gas springs as supports when opening to ensure the safety of use.
The electrical control buttons and electrical components are installed on the upper frame panel and compartment, making the operation and maintenance extremely convenient.
The cooling water tank is placed in the frame, and the water pump is installed on the side of the box cover, which is specially for the storage of circulating coolant. The box is divided into two bins, separated by compartments, which can deposit the backflow waste material in a bin to ensure the normal circulation of the coolant. The power supply of the water pump and the cooling water pipe are connected by connectors, and the installation and maintenance are extremely convenient.


 Methods of use

First, installation
1. Place the machine on the flat floor, check whether all parts of the machine are complete, whether the fasteners are loose, and do a good job of cleaning.
2. Take out the water tank in the frame, and inject the prepared coolant into the box, but the coolant must be prepared with a good slippery coolant, and do not use general tap water as the coolant.
3. Place the water tank filled with coolant into the rack, and connect the inlet and outlet water pipes and water pump power supply.
4. Plug in the main power line. Before plugging in, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the specified voltage of the motor, and check whether the grounding of the line is safe and reliable.
5. Turn on the power switch, start the motor, check that the motor steering should be clockwise, if the steering does not match, it should be adjusted in time.
Ii. Use
1, open the outer protective cover, install the grinding wheel (factory has been installed). When loading and unloading grinding wheel pieces, first insert a wrench into the two planes to jam the shaft sleeve, and then insert another wrench into the front nut of the shaft sleeve, and tighten or loosen the nut with both hands to achieve the requirements of installing and disassembling the grinding wheel pieces. Because the nut is a left-hand rib, attention must be paid to the steering when installing and disassembling.
2. After the newly installed grinding wheel is covered with a protective cover, it must be idled for a few minutes to ensure safety in use.
3. Roll the sample, first loosen the clamping device, and then put the sample into the clamping mouth. However, the geometry of the sample must be paid attention to when rolling again, and the correct position must be selected to card rolling to ensure safety in cutting.
4, after the completion of the above preparation, you can cut the sample, open the cooling valve before cutting, start the cooling water pump, adjust the position of the coolant, and cover the external protective cover, start the cutting motor, and then control the feed screw handwheel, so that the grinding wheel slowly contact the sample for cutting, and the grinding wheel can not be fed too fast during cutting. To avoid damage to the motor due to overload, or to crack the grinding wheel and affect the normal use of the equipment.
Maintenance and maintenance
1. After each use, cleaning and maintenance work should be done in time, and dirt deposited in the body and cooling box must be removed regularly to ensure the reflux and cleaning of the coolant.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use cracked or damaged grinding wheel pieces and grinding wheel pieces with linear speed lower than 35 m/s for cutting work to ensure safety in cutting.
3, the coolant should be replaced regularly to prevent deterioration and failure, affecting the cutting effect.
4, in the work of the sliding surface should be often injected with lubricating oil, the motor should be maintained according to the motor maintenance method.
