First, installation:
1, the machine flat on a stable workbench, in the installation, the front should be slightly higher than the back to facilitate drainage.
2. Install the water inlet pipe and drain pipe.
3, the drain pipe to the sewer, be careful not to make the height of the drain pipe more than the drainage hole, so that the water in the machine smooth outflow.
4, plug into the power socket, and check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the specified voltage of the motor, grounding is safe and reliable, after starting the motor, the rotation direction of the motor shaft should be rotated clockwise (that is, the spark down when cutting), if the steering does not adjust the steering immediately.
Second, the removal and replacement of the grinding wheel:
1. Remove the screws fixing the cover first, and then open the cover back.
2, first insert a wrench into the two planes of the shaft sleeve to jam the shaft sleeve, and then insert another wrench into the front nut of the shaft sleeve, and use both hands to tighten or loosen the nut to achieve the requirements of installing and disassembling the grinding wheel. Because the nut is left-handed thread, it must pay attention to the turning direction when assembling and disassembling.
3, the newly installed grinding wheel must be idled for a few minutes to ensure safe operation.
Third, sample clamping:
1, first use the support plate to support the saw frame not to make it fall.
2. Place the cutting sample in front of the jaws of the saw frame and then rotate the tightening screw clockwise to tighten the sample. If necessary, the board can be further tightened.
Four, sample cutting:
1. Lift the handle with the right hand and remove the support plate from the support point with the left hand. At this time, hold the handle with the right hand so that the sample is close to the grinding wheel and cut.
2, when cutting, the coolant must be aligned with the cutting position of the sample, and maintain uniform feed at the same time. The coolant size should also be adjusted to the cutting requirements, so as not to spill out of the machine.
3. After cutting, lift the saw frame to a certain height, and the support plate will automatically support the saw frame in a certain position, and then the sample can be obtained.
Maintenance and safety technology
1. It is strictly prohibited to use cracked or damaged grinding wheel for cutting.
2, should not work in the absence of coolant or insufficient coolant,
3, do not allow the use of line speed less than 35 meters/second grinding wheel.
4, the machine should do cleaning and maintenance work every day, each rotation should be injected with lubricating oil before operation.
5, the body accumulated debris and garbage should be removed frequently, so that the drainage is smooth.
